Is my session date automatically reserved after submitting an inquiry?

No. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve your session date. Your date is officially secure only after availability is confirmed, your contract and questionnaire are completed, and your retainer payment has been received.

How long do I have to pay my non-refundable retainer?

Your required non-refundable retainer must be paid within 48 hours of your invoice delivery to secure your session date.

If payment is not received within that timeframe, your requested date may be release to other clients.

When is the remaining balance due?

Your remaining balance is due no later than 5 days prior to your scheduled session date.

What if my requested date is unavailable?

If your requested session date and time is unavailable, I'll personally reach out with alternative dates and times to choose from.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 5 days notice.

Additional reschedules or requests made with less notice may incur a $100 reschedule fee.

What if it rains or weather is unsafe?

If weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for your session, I will contact you to reschedule at no penalty to you.

FAQ

How long will my gallery stay available?

Your online gallery will remain active for 30 days from delivery.

Please download and back up your images promptly, as expired galleries may be permanently deleted.

Gallery reactivation, if files remain available, is subject to a $50 reactivation fee.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Payment plans may be available depending on your session date. Please ask during the booking process.
